Refund Policy

  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Returns & Refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. 

Conditions of the 30-day guarantee:

- Order must be returned to us within 30 days.

- Eyelashes must be looked after according to our "How to apply" guide.



Any returns that do not comply with our refund policy will be returned to sender.

      REFUNDS

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping fees. 


      If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be sent back to the original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. Please note that if the return is accepted but it is returned in a used condition (with exception of faulty goods) that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons or there are signs of damage due to user error there will be a 30% restocking fee.

      Any returns that do not comply with our refund policy will be returned to sender.

       

      EXCHANGES

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect item and need to exchange it, send us an email at support@winkdeluxe.com

       

      SHIPPING

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over £10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
